Job Title: Help Desk Agent
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Duration: 6-months – 100% onsite
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Will be supporting up to 450 users across the organization.
Technical Skills:
- 1+ years strong experience in end user support in both Windows and MAC operating systems
- Proficiency in desktop and mobile support, remotely and in person
- Will be responsible to provide “white glove” service – will be supporting executives and C-level management
- Will be managing tickets from start to finish, ensuring excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with senior personnel confidently and professionally.
- Must have strong technical troubleshooting skills on the user side.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in working with senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving attitude (e.g., “I don’t know the answer, but I’ll get back to you”).
- Ability to handle upset users and de-escalate situations effectively.
- Ability to demonstrate a structured process for diagnosing and resolving issues.
